The apartment consists of a lounge/dining area, two double bedrooms, kitchen, small utility area, bathroom and balcony.  It has air conditioning and heating when necessary.

The Lounge:

The lounge is simply but tastefully furnished, with a three seater and two seater settee (both of which convert to properly sprung sofa beds with mattresses).  The three seater converts to a double sofa bed and the two seater converts to a single sofa bed.  In addition, there is a tv, dvd player, sideboard with mini hi-fi stereo cd system, air conditioning and heating.

Dining Area:

Within the lounge is a dining table which when extended will seat six people comfortably.  In addition, the terrace has a further table a chairs which will also seat six people for dining outside on those lovely warm Majorcan evenings.

Bedrooms:

One bedroom laid out twin style and the other with two extra large single beds placed next to each other. There are fitted wardrobes in each room, with chest of drawers and shelving storage too. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom.  A safe is also provided for your use.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher,toaster and kettle. There is ample cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses for you to use when dining in.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has a bath, with shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasins. A hairdryer is also supplied for your convenience.

Utility Room:

The utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron for your use if required.
